Hey, we hope your week is starting off great!
Top Line is growing and has plans to add many top strength and conditioning coaches to it's team over the next few months to grow with us.
We added our first coach this morning but he's not so new to Top Line.
In January of 2014, we kicked off our annual off-season strength and conditioning program for the Milwaukee Barbarians Rugby team. As usual the Barbarians had a few new faces trying to earn a spot on the team. One of those new guys was Kyle Cwiklis, a student and rugby player from Whitewater University with a national championship under in belt from 2011. It was clear that his past success only made him hungry to grow as a rugby player and athlete by taking his personal strength, conditioning and size to another level to secure a spot on the Barbarians squad.
He and a couple of his Barbarian teammates grabbed memberships to the Top Shop to get a full program dialed in. Kyle took his dedication and passion about strength and conditioning one step further by applying for a lengthy strength and conditioning internship which he got and made the most of. Beyond that, countless hours spent under the bar every day were the norm for him in the hot and humid weather we were stuck with all last summer here in Wisconsin. He understood that if you wanted to coach, you needed to spend a significant amount time putting yourself through every possible training situation so that you could eventually put customers/students into the best positions to succeed in his eventual position as a coach.
Well, that day has come and as of this morning Kyle is a S&C coach at the Top Shop and we’re happy to have him on the team officially. So if you see him in the shop and he introduces himself, now you know his story.
Welcome to the team Kyle!
