Here is a good look at one of the various types of speed training we do at the Top Shop.
The Athletes in the video range from baseball, football, basketball, track and softball players.
What we are doing here is:
a 10 yard prowler sled sprint with a loaded 160 pound sled.
a 15 second rest to set up into a "positional sprint" (base stealing position, 40 start position, running back position)
a 10 yard all out sprint start working on using less strides.
Speed training involves manipulation of the human anatomy and solid understanding of each athletes sport.
Thats what we do here at the Top Shop.
