board presses, chain floor presses, dumbbell incline presses, axle bar close grip incline presses, neutral grip chins, farmers walks, pushups, hanging leg raises, fat v-bar triceps push downs, strict military presses, cannon ball face pulls,  single arm dumbbell rows, land mine rows.  


All being performed by yours truly.


***remember if your coach hasn't been under the bar training hard for a number of years (and still currently training hard), how can they tell you that you need to train hard?
