TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Sweat classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm, and Saturday at 10:00am (class days and times are subject to change due to holidays and other various reasons).
The Top Line Sweat includes 24 total coached training sessions over the course of 8 consecutive weeks. If you miss a session, you forfeit that session.
Jett Sweat classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (class days and times are subject to change due to holidays and other various reasons).
The Top Line Jett Sweat includes 16 workouts over the course of 8 consecutive weeks. If you miss a session, you forfeit that session.

BILLING POLICIES:

Payment for the 8 Week Challenge may be paid in full up front or on our payment plan.
Payment plans for 8 Week Challenge memberships are based on a three-payment structure: payment one before starting, payment two 3 weeks later and payment three 3 weeks after that. If you are on the payment plan, each payment is paid via automatic recurring billing. You must have a credit card or checking account on file and your membership charge automatically will be billed according to our payment structure previously stated.
If your monthly payment is declined for any reason, you will be charged a $50 decline in addition to your overdue payment amount.
This program is not transferable to any other person.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. ALL 8 WEEK SWEAT CHALLENGE SALES ARE FINAL.
