Brett's 12-Week Boot Camp Challenge

My main goal with this challenge is a complete lifestyle change.   It doesn't matter if your goal is to lose 5 pounds, 50 pounds or 100 pounds or maybe even just be happy with the person you see in the mirror everyday, this 90-day program will solve your problem.   

My 12-week program was designed get you "dialed in" during these cold months of February-April in good old Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 

Here is how it works: 

  1. First things first: You'll take our body diagnostic/evaluation to set your goals, pin point old unhealthy habits and measure your starting point so we can track your results each week during the challenge.  
  2. You'd think we'd talk about the workouts next but you're wrong:  As a special part of this program you'll receive the secret weapon to make this challenge a success...  Our proven clean eating nutrition manual complete with sample daily meal plan layouts to fit your lifestyle, master grocery list, tasty smoothie recipes, clean nutrition recipe book, snack menu, supplement suggestions and a tips and tricks list.  Without good, quality nutrition this program wouldn't be the same.  
  3. Next up, you'll get 12 weeks of our number one training program "The Top Line Boot Camp".  Our Boot Camp is a private group personal training workout that will help you burn fat and build lean/toned muscles in less than 45-60 minutes per workout!  You'll get twice the fat burn and lean muscle toning in half the time of other workout programs.  Each training session is high energy, fast paced and fun.  The uplifting atmosphere and culture of great people makes it the kind of workout you actually look forward too.  Perfect to do with friends.  The schedule for Boot Camp Workouts is at the perfect time to accommodate most schedules: Monday & Wednesday at 6:15pm and Saturday Morning at 10:00am each week.  
  4. As amazing as our boot camp is, if you really want to see a total transformation, you will be required to train an additional 2-3x per week during open gym training times with our pre-set challenge workouts to follow.  This ensures that you don't self-sabatoge & fall off track outside of the gym and helps you record more consist workouts each week. 
  5. This bonus is often overlooked but can be the key piece of a major habit change.  12 weeks of accountability, positive and inspirational motivation and support from myself and the rest of the Top Line Team.  You'll receive constant encouragement via text, private group support and from all the great people you'll meet at Top Line.  This kind of attention and support will be just the thing you need to keep you from falling back into self-sabatoge.  And I am going to be hard on you like any good coach is.  I will hold your feet to the fire when it comes to the expectations we set for you before every month during this challenge.
